Are you sure this BIN would work on this?

Did you try it? I did the first time I saw this tut, it worked the first two times. But only one phone got delivered. The other phone was returned to the shipper while in rn route to my drop. Moreover when I try the bin again, it doesn’t work. Have tried again 3 times now, didn’t work
