CardingCashout.ru is ripper?

Does anyone know if cardingcashout.ru is ripper or not?
Telegram support id is @DollarCashout3.


Deposit $200 first to account, but "Hold On" status, ask support, they said should be $250 to be activated.
Deposit again $100 but sill "Hold On" both transaction, so ask again support, they said it should be one transaction above $250.
So Deposit again $251 but "processing", not activated, again ask support, they said now it should be Doge or Litecoin payment.


Seems it's scam scheam, need to verify it and if it's ripper, all other guys don't use this site!

today i saw the page and messaged him about support and all service but if you are telling they ask to deposit $200 or pay more than $250 it might be a scam i am also trying to figure it out
