I created tickets in store no one responds what is the point of having ticket feature there if no one is going to answer ?

I spend 14000$ here and still I am in normal member status you need to treat customers better my refund option has been disabled ever since I reg on ur store check my purchases I put money into your pockets yet this is how I get treated

I am buying your $50 dollar cards and getting no dead’s then when I buy your £25 I get live how does this make sense

The quality in your store has dropped majority you need to fix your prices becuase no one is going to pay £50 a card anymore especially if it’s dead
Look at the date registered 2 years and I get treated like this is fucked either fix or I’ll stop using simple
