Does Anybody know any sites that don't require CVV or the CVV value doesn't matter (can put any number in CVV field and it still go through) when checking out?
It would be a plus if the billing address or zip code doesn't really matter either. I have a way of getting basically an unlimited number of Valid American Express Cards that I've already verified using a Merchant ID to charge verify the cards. I just need somewhere I can use them because I don't have the CVV for any of the cards. If someone wants to collaborate on this with me I feel like we could definitely get something going.
