Hello everyone, I am writing to you because I would like to know about some information that I cannot get. Anyone who can help me would be grateful. I have seen that many carders use calls to authorize purchases and for the payment to be accepted, such as Chase Bank, where they tell you the last purchase that was rejected and then they authorize it. I would like to know what program they use to make the call through something called a dailer.
