Bank Carding S.O.S. LOCKED PAYPAL ACCOUNT//HOW TO ACCESS FUNDS

After weeks and numerous emails....this is what PayPal sends me. To say I am frustrated would be a severe understatement.

How can I access my funds? Is it even possible? And if so, how soon?

I have $10k in one pp account & $7.5k in another. I would be willing to pay a handsome 10% of the total funds recovered.

So...if you know how to regain access to a locked PayPal account and transfer funds from said locked pp account to a previously linked bank/debit card....hit me up.
