a doc a tip when searching for cards i google the county map and then put the name of the county with zip codes ex. Jefferson County KY zip codes, a link to zillow will pop up and i just filter thru each region of the state on rescator you can search 5 zips at a time. you typically find bins that will go under the radar and be non vbv and msc. you still playing hot potato because a card that looks good still may be vbv but your chance of running into non vbv is strong
