Virtual Carding "Payment Failed"

I had 2 separate cards, which I used on a site that skips over the 3D security but even after that it just goes to a screen that says payment failed.
After this I then tested it on a different website that said the same thing.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this maybe happening and how I can prevent it from happening again.

(I use a proxy, a no fingerprint browser and that).
