If you've bought some CCs from a shop is it possible to convert the info to a dump?

SIM Swap.. CC should have enough enough you can look up carrier with google search
get another sim from same carrier buy online or find someone who will sell to you without personal info or driver license (or make fake license)
once you get burner sim
call sim carrier and impersonate cc victim phone number
Sim company should ask few security questions.. each company is different so do a details search into CC victim to have as much info ready as possible
tell them you were moving and lost your sim and now you have a replacement and want move the phone number over to the new sim
**IMPORTANT SIM YOU BUY is SAME CARRIER AS CC OR WILL NOT WORK
Once they move phone# over to new sim now you can use that for 2fa under victim... register to an apple pay or google pay cash out by tapping gift cards
