I have a decent budget I'm willing to put in to get some CC's but i feel as if its not the method anymore, I've used a few before and they've worked but I feel every company more or less uses VBV on every purchase now rendering the method practically useless.. Right??

Yes it is I am still cashing out all the cards by buying btc off the crypto platforms also make sure you're not getting a trash card buy a good card with all information and make sure your browser setup is good and there are other factors fraud score and blacklist of the IP address you are using and so on....
