Times are tough these days with CC material and shops in general, so perhaps someone will find this tool interesting.

NoaPanel v1.0 - modern system for collecting, processing, and managing data with a distributed and isolated architecture.

Dashboard

Statistics for today / yesterday / week / month;
Top countries with flags ( | | | );
Top sites by number of entries;
Total number of entries in the system.

Cards

Viewing and filtering:

Luna check (validation using the Luna algorithm) — enabled with a single button;
Auto-format date (02 2027 → 02/27);
GeoIP country detection by IP;
Filters: website, country, date, BIN, text search;
Sorting by any field;
Pagination with selection of number of items per page.

Convenient data handling:

One-click card copying (Copy button);
Copy format: 4111111111111111|12|2027|123
Copy individual fields with a click;
View full card details in a modal window.

BIN lookup — bank information;
Bulk delete — mass deletion;

Users

Creating users (admin / dev / user).

His cards section :

Here, you can use the select menu to switch the display — show only your cards or all cards. Administrator cards will be hidden and shown in a masked form :

This is the administrator panel, and this is exactly how the cards are displayed;
The lock icon indicates cards from the share distributed to the partner;
The user icon shows cards that belong to the partner;
Cards without icons are considered undistributed and fully belong to the administrator :

If the partner clicks the card copy icon or performs an export, the corresponding informational icon will appear in the administrator panel :

Result in the admin panel after the user has copied a card :

You can also use a filter in the admin panel to display cards: with profit, all cards, or user cards :

A similar filter is available when exporting cards :
