I usually never post my methods or tricks, however since ive been on this site and actually learned some things ( bins ) that helped me. Ill give back to the community.
I apologize in advance if i violated any rules.
Step 1. Use your socks5 to match ip to cardholder location, make sure no blacklists... All the basic how to card stuff, make email in the cc holder name etc etc. Then head over to this place

Step 2. Go ahead and use your valid CC preferred non vbv although i dont think they support 3d secure. And purchase a large size vest, go ahead and add next day shipping in my experience it always went through here.
3. Super easy. Doesnt matter what state the card holder is in they will ship anywhere in the US. i use cc owner name for shipping name, just different address.
Now i don't know about everyone but i deal with alot of um.. Different kinda people. So i was able to sell these vests on the street between 200-450 each.. Now thats pretty good for a 30 dollar card.
