Hello i arrive has created French bank account with RIB and withdrawal card , this compte offers credit card reloading , but this is where it block I need someone who as real card non vbv to be able to powered the account ( their deposit limit and 900€ per months ) is therefore the one who has interest to provide me the cards I share the sum with PayPal immediately after the acceptance of the paiement , the account refuse the cards :Australia, Brazil , Canada , USA Norway Mexico and Sweden .
