noob here, is this possible?

i have access to debit abd credit cards. I bought a reader/ writer swiper that also does contactless and chips. But I cant figure out how to use the software. Is it possible to clone a debit card and put my own pin on it with a blank chip card? will this work?? this is the reader writer i have

I don’t believe you can change the PIN to the account as that’s the banks security feature but it is valid to do so if you obtain the user’s information including Track1 and Track2 data with PIN. I never done it myself but I know for a fact that can not be changed. I would look into what reader:writer you have an go find information based on what you have
